Delete Account & Data
You have the right to delete your Kinetic account and all associated personal data at any time.
Users can request deletion of their Kinetic account and associated data by following the steps below or contacting privacy@kineticapp.ca. Once the request is confirmed, the account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Some information may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes as required by applicable law.
Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Kinetic app. Follow these steps:
- 1.Open the Kinetic app and go to your Profile tab.
- 2.Tap Edit Profile.
- 3.Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
- 4.Tap Delete Account and type
DELETEto confirm.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Include the email address associated with your account.

What Gets Deleted
- ✓Account credentials and profile information (name, email, avatar)
- ✓All predictions and pick history
- ✓KineticCoins balance and transaction history
- ✓League memberships and results
- ✓Notification preferences and device tokens
- ✓Favorite sports, teams, and leagues
- ✓All activity logs associated with your account
Data Retained for Legal Purposes
Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance):
- —Transaction records involving real-money purchases (retained up to 7 years per Canadian tax law)
- —Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you
